Steps to duplicate the problem:
- Use subst.exe to create a virtual drive (eg. subst.exe r: c:\)
- Create a text file and save to the c: drive
- Delete this same file
- Double click on the Recycle Bin. Icon If you're quick you will see the
deleted file name flash by in two entries; one as r:\pathname\filename.exe
and c:\pathname\filename.exe -- they will then disappear.
- The recycle bin can be emptied with no problem, but obviously one cannot
restore any of the c:\path\file.txt files.
Is this a bug or just the way it works?
