Subscription Windows???????

Desperation causes all sorts of different avenues to consider..... ;)

I believe this only just made first choice, narrowly beating 'Let's employ an army of stormentroupers to bash up anybody who doesn't use the Windows version we tell them to'.

Gates and Bulmer have gone, and love them or hate them, since they departed Microsoft seems to be acting like a headless chicken, doesn't know which direction to take.

Mind you a lot of folk will subscribe if the advertising is well done. :D

Don't kid yourself, same wolf, different clothing, is all.

If anything, Apple's business practices and closed book policies are more nefarious than Microsoft's.

As to the question whether the latest Apple OS, be it, Panther, Sloth or Skunk, whatever version atm, I wouldn't have a clue cos I've never used a Mac.

As it happens I'm real curious to try an Apple OS.

Next time I'm in Whitstable I'll have a tinker with John & Di's one, they bought new about five years ago, may have 'upgraded' by now.
