It is pretty common for people never to post back. Maybe the person
solved the problem before someone replied? Maybe.... Maybe.... Who can
tell how what of the many possible reasons apply. If someone does not reply
back, I don't worry about it. I do think it rather rude not to at least post
back to tell the person who tried to help that the help was not needed or
that the the reply was not understood. That of course is a reflection on the
original poster, not the helper.
Anyway, is you question how to get to the macro or code so you can post
it? Or how to solve a subscript error?
