I have a subreport in a report. The subreport contains
data in the report header, report footer and detail
sections. When I place into the report and preview the
total report, the data in the subreport header and footer
is truncated on the right side. No matter how I adjust
the report layout will it display all of the data. Any
suggestions.

I assume you are talking about labels, first I would auto
size the labels on the subreport and reduce any marging
set on the subreport to minimal. Than make sure the space
(width) allowed on the main report has to be of adequate
width to allow for the entire subreport width. There is
an other possibility and that is that you have specified
some fonts which may be substituted and as such do not
actually fit in the allowed space.
Hope this helps.

The data which truncates is contained in inserted word
document images in the subreport header and footer. The
font is all the same between the report and the
subreport. I have checked the report width to ensure the
subreport will fit and still have the truncated subreport
data.

Sorry, I have had no experience with word documents
inserted in Access reports. Specially in the headers and
footers.
You may wish to come back with some more information and
see if anyone else can help.
