Subreport doesn't display - Strange

Two reports, to display invoices in English and Japanese. The only difference
is the "boiler plate" labels. However one subreport displays the data and the
other doesn't. They both feed from the same query and the data sheet view
shows the right information. Is this some strange access bug?

This may sound inane, but have you installed the proper language packs on
the machine that is not properly displaying the sub report? (Assuming that
the Japanese is the problem.)
