Submitted forms - Email does not show the correct Subject

I have created a form, and once a user submits the form it will then be
emailed. When I receive the email, the subject line reads, "Data posted to
form 1 of http://website." I have gone in the Form Properties menu, and
typed in a specific subject line. However, by modifying the subject line, it
still gives me the same message: "Data posted to form 1 of http://website."
Any suggestions?

showing wrong information.
