submitform in databased webpage

created databased webpage on ASP.NET basis.
created the database editor, resultsform and submitform.
when using the submitform on the website, the form doesn't submit the info.
when clicking submit i get the following error.
''job failed, please contact your server-host when mistake keeps occurring''

what do i do wrong?

Your problem could possibly have been solved in the time you've spent
waiting for an answer based upon the dearth of information you've provided.

made some stuff.
doesn't work.
was told what to do to solve the problem, but I haven't done it.

What should I do?
