Hi
I asked this question before and Still haven't found the answer
How can I stop multiple entries to a database by someone receiving the
confirmation page hitting the back button and re entering the data again and
again
Thanks
Paul M

One option is to set a session upon successful write/update and then test for this value each time,
if positive, then the record has already been written, if negative, then ok to write.

There isn't one that I am aware of, this was a solution that I came up with for my clients.
