submit button web server 2003

I need a quote page for auto glass company, I am building it in frontpage
2003, Atlas web hosting resell using win 2003 server. in front page 2003 i
go to form properties change send to other Custom ISAPI,NSAPI,CGI, or ASP
script
but under options > Action not sure what to put in this.
 
Use the default (FP Form Handler), if you use Custom, then you will have handle processing the form
data with custom form handler

When I go there it gives me option of registration or discussion which one
should i choose and there any way of learning this on web step by step.
 
Neither, as you need to recreate the form using Insert Menu | Form or start with the feedback
template.
