subinacl /subdirectories /setowner isn't working!?

hi

since we changed from win2k to win2k3 the subinacl isn't working any more. i
have updated the executeable from win2k3 reskit, but this hasn't helped
anything.

[command]
subinacl /subdirectories "D:\Users\username1\*.*" /setowner="test1"
/noverbose

[results in]
Elapsed Time: 00 00:00:00
Done: 0, Modified 0, Failed 0, Syntax errors 0

what is wrong and how can i fix this?
