Subinacl.exe not working with W2k and SP4

Seems to be an issue with SP4 for W2k and the subinacl.exe
utility. The utility works fine with SP3. The error that
I receive is "1783 The stub received bad data." Is there
a work around or fix?

Thanks for the reply. I really need to confirm this issue
and whether or not Microsoft has a fix for the utility or

I have not seen any response from Microsoft on this any place. I would suggest
you open a support case with Microsoft for this problem.
