Is there a way I can create a form with another form within it. Just like a
subform, but without the dataform on it. I want to use another form that is
link to the record on the first form. So to reiterate, the characteristics of
a subform (relationships) but I want to design a form as my subform not the
datasheet like the original subform off the wizard. Basically two forms in
one that works like a subform. I hope I explained myself, thanks.

Any form - whether it's being used as a main form or a subform - can
be displayed as a Datasheet, as a Single Form, or as a Continuous
Form. The subform wizard chooses datasheet view but you can change
that easily. Just open the form in design view, view its Properties,
and change the Default View property.
