subform requery problem

i got 2 sub forms inside a form, and i want to requery (or refresh) one of
the sub forms, every time that i make a change on the other. and im having
some problems with the error "there is no field named '[forms]![my main
form]![my sub form]' in the current form".

what "adress" should i use??
