R reno.04 Jul 1, 2004 #3 Hey thanks but i have already got them off the main form but i need them not to be displayed on the Subform located on the main form but i cant find anything in the properties box for the subform that even remotely resembles the record selectors or nav buttons cheers

A Allen Browne Jul 1, 2004 #4 Open the subform in design view (directly from the Database window). It has the same properties. You do have it in Continuous Form view, not Datasheet?
