Subform not Showing

Sometimes when I go into design view on a form that has a subform, the
subform & its innerds show up, while sometimes the whole subform area
is blank. I have to reenter the subform source object property in the
form to get the subform to show.

Any idea why this is happening and how to correct it?

Most likely the subform is not gone, and you should not need to reenter the
source object property. (When you do that, is the Source Object box actually
blank before you enter the name?)

ACCESS forms sometimes do this when you switch into design view. I find that
I can make the subform "visible" again if I switch to form view and then
back to design view. Just one of those bugs...
 
Thanks, Opening the form in design mode from the database window does
work. BTW. This has been an ongoing problem that I reported to Uncle
Bill's minions several versions ago. Sigh!
