I have a form has a subform in it. All of the fields in the main form are
related to a table on the one side of the relationship(via query). My problem
is when i try to create a subform based off the values in the table thats on
the many side of the relationship, i get an Application defined or
object-defined error. My second issue is: What's the correct way to make a
value in the main form show up in a field in the subform? I keep getting
errors related to activeX.

Can you be a little more specific? You say you get an Application defined or
object-defined error. What do you get that on? Is there code that it is
highlighting? How exactly are you setting up the items?

As for making a value in the main form show up on the subform, where are you
wanting it? How is it going to be used?
