subfolders contents are missing

Hi everyone, when I migrated to Windows Mail, I did not select the option,
leave a copy on the server, but, I have since then corrected the matter.
However, when I migrated, non of my contents within any of the subfolders nor
the subfolders themselves were migrated/copied over to Windows Mail. I also
now, no longer have any of the contents in the subfolders on my client's
server. The contents were there prior to migrating to Windows Mail. What
happened to it? How can I recover the contents of my subfolders? I
desperately need your help. Thanks .
 
POP3 accounts can only download from the Inbox folder on the server,
not from any other folders on the server. You will have to contact
your mail service provider to find out what happened to the contents
of the other folders.
