Hi,
I have given permission to another employee to view my
Tasks list. I also have subfolders underneath Tasks that
I'd like the delegate to be able to view, but when they
pull up my Tasks there is no way to view the subfolders.
Does anybody have an idea of how I can make these
subfolders viewable to a delegate?

Thanks in advance, Mary Beth

You need to give Permission at the Root Folder level i.e. Right click
Outlook Today folder choose Properties > Permissions > Add the user and give
Reviewer Permission, then this user has to add your Mailbox to their
Profile, post back their Outlook version for instructions on how to do this

I am having the same problem as this guy to whom you responded some time
ago. (I append his entire message in final form)

WHen I try to recreate the rule, it works for a few weeks and then starts
giving me the same error message. It then sometimes moves spam to the
deleted items folder and sometimes doesnt.

I posted this question to this newsgroup some weeks ago and no one at
Microsoft had any idea what to do. So I stupidly upgraded to Office XP, -
working on Windows 2000. (No one at Microsoft on the Office newsgroup had
any idea either)

Now things are even worse with the rules not working off-and-on and the
spelczech not working in Outlook Express at all (It is greyed out and does
not even seem to be available after the upgrade)

Can I downgrade to Office 2000 or is this something to do with installation
of SP4 (I do think that these rules werent working before I installed SP4
but that service pack is apparently so problematical that I suppose it
coiuld be relevant?)

Jonathan

The easiest first thing to do is to delete and recreate the Rule.
