I ahve a tiny little Access 2000 project that I worked on years ago for
someone and he recently asked me to make a couple of minor changes. I
noticed that the tables still have subdatasheet set to Auto and I went to
change them to None but they won't stay. When I save the tables and go back
to design they still say Auto. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Keith

Well never mind. I used code I had to chagne them all at once. That worked.
But I'm still wondering why I was unable to chagne them manually. Weird.

Keith,

I have noticed it won't stay set to [NONE] unless you turn off Track
Autoname Correct.

.... which should be routinely turned off in all databases, since it has richly
earned the nicname "Name Autocorrupt".

That did it. Thank you. I created this thing so long ago that it was before
I got in the habit of correcting all those little things that MS tossed in
to goof us all up. :-)
