Subdatasheet Incorrect

Help. I have two tables. 1st has primary key Committee ID.
2nd is Assignment which consists of Assignment ID,
Committee ID, Individual, and year. When I open committee
table and insert subdatasheet based upon committee IDs
both Master and Child I do not get all of the records. I
see no filters whatsoever. I have recreated all of my
relationships and even recreated the fields.
