Sub Window

I would like to be able to hyperlink to a smaller sub window which I would
then display information. Ideally, this would be used for an employee page
which would open up a new separate smaller page to view information about the
employee.

Any help would be appreciated

If you mean "pop-up window" (which is the term generally used) then try the
Spawn addin at www.jimcosoftware.com

If using FP 2003 there is a behaviour in Frontpage that does the same thing
as above.
