I have a report with an associated sub report on its
detail section. The two reports are linked via the child
and master link fields (which involves two fields).
The report works correctly but the problem that I am
having is that whenever the link fields change, it forces
a new page which makes the report a lot longer then it has
to be. I do not want this to happen since I only want a
page break based on another field of the master record.
I cannot find the property to keep it from doing this. I
do not have the force new page property set on either the
main report or on the detail of the subreport.
Does anyone know how I can keep from having new pages when
the linked fields change?
Thanks,
Dave
