pardon my ignorance but i don't seem to understand how to insert the script
into frontpage?
is this something i shouldn't mess around with if i don't know html?

The first example is a tutorial that can be done entirely in Design View
in FP2003, but is laborious.
The third example requires use of Code View, and some understanding of
HTML and CSS.
I don't remember the 2nd example too well, but it is easier than the
first. The instructions are clear.
