sub-account snafu

I have 7 sub-accounts, each with a different name, and naturally, each with a different e-mail addy

On my welcome page, each name is displayed, each with a different picture

However, TWO of the accounts I created seem to have merged(?) in that regardless of which of the two different names I log-on to, the same e-mail addy and same account comes up

One of the accounts has disappeared, although it still appears on that first 'welcome' screen.

How can I get to the proper sub-account when logging on to that name

How can I stop ONE sub-account from answering to TWO different log-on names??

I have written to MSN about this, but naturally, no answer was ever sent..

(BTW, does anyone know how to actually makle contact with a human at MSN)

The easiest and fastest way to get help at MSN is to choose interactive
technical support. MSN responds immediately, at least in my experience. Go
to the member center (http://membercenter.msn.com/) Choose help from the
menu in the right corner of the screen, and follow the menu choices for chat
with technical support.
