Style Sheets

I've never created style sheets....this is my first
attempt,
I created a external style sheet for mouseovers. I then
linked all my pages to that style. When I view the
website, there are some pages where the mouseover doesn't
work. I am using shared borders and was wondering if that
was the problem. My site is: www.patpdx.org
