stupid shutdown message

hey
im havin this problem with shutting down...afer i click
on the shutdown button , after closin all apps i get
about two million messages saying :the app failed to
initialize windows is shutting down ...something like that
then i have to hold down the enter button until my comp.
finnaly shutsdown
this slows down the process greatly....
any ideas??

run "AdAware" and "SpyBot Search and Destroy"

you have something strange installed, perhaps a trojan shutdown script.
