Is it possible to have three separate printers programmed to print
from one pc?

Not at the same time of course. Are there enough ports for the
software for each printer? Thanks.

Certainly.
You can have up to 2 parallel printers.
You can have up to 2 serial printers.
You can have lots and lots of USB printers. This isn't definite because
some printers want to be directly connected to the computer whereas others
will happily accept input through a bridge.

If you have three ports to connect the printers to, yes.
Not at the same time of course.

Why not? It's possible.

Only you can tell! I have about eight ports on this machine: one parallel,
two serial (15-pin D-sub variety), five USB, so could connect eight
printers if I had then and needed to.

Yes, as long as you have enough ports.

And yes, you can mix and match Parallel, Serial, and USB printers.

You can have 3 separate printers connected but if they are all the same
model with the same drivers you may have problems. The computer may have
problems determining which printer to send the print job to.
