W2K SP4 member server in NT 4 domain in use as a Terminal Server. I have 2
..pol files in use for TS user groups. The first is stored in C:\policies on
the TS. I cannot find the second one to edit it with poledit. They both are
in force and working fine. Is there a default or mandatory location I should
be looking in? Thanks in advance!

It is more likely that the second policy is the 2000 local policy. Trying running Gpedit.msc instead of Poledit.
