Stupid mistake with start-up form

Ok, laugh. I'm learning the hard way (no training, no
manual) and I created a data entry only form, secured from
users changing, added to start-up directly, modeless pop-
up. Now, I can't open the form in design view to make
changes and the menu does not display for me to select
another component. Help!

I've used similar applications in the travel industry
(very 'stupid user' friendly) but do not have direct
knowledge of VB - so please translate for a 5-year-old.

Thanks - enjoy the laugh.

Hold the shift key down when you open the file.

after closing the form, press [F11] to display the database window, (if you
haven't already disabled it) or create an 'autoexec' macro in another
database which will not display the form, and export it to your problem
database
