STUPID home networking problem driving me insane....

Please anyone have any more suggestions for this!! I am pulling my hair out.

Have three computers all running XP that were hooked up on a peer to peer
network sharing a printer. Everything was fine, until I decided to upgrade
the router. None of the settings were changed for any of the machines, ie
workgroup, sharing, etc. DHCP is enabled for all of them. Now two of the pc's
have set up on one network and the third is on its own. In other words, two
can network and the other can't. The two that can see each other have XP
home, while the one that is on its own is pro. They all connected fine before
I changed the router. I have tried everything I can think of. They all have
the same workgroup, IP address range, subnet mask, no firewalls are enabled,
all worm intrusion off, everything is shared, all service enabled, all of
them show up on the router LAN table of clients, but I cannot ping one to the
other with Netbios or IP address, I cannot map via either, netstat and net
view only shows the two separate groups. I set up user permissions on all.
They can all access the internet, just not each other. I don't know what else
to try.

The only thing I can think of is the two that can network are both wireless
and the other is wired, but there is no setting for isolate wireless enabled
on the router. The router is a ZyXEL Prestige 660HW-T1 and I can't find
anywhere in the firmware any setting that would stop them from networking.
They all show up on the LAN table.

I have spent two hours fiddling with everything and I throw in the towel. I
have read every post on this thread and several sites with every
troubleshooting tip and I think I have tried them all. Any suggestions?

Look at the specs list for the ZyXEL Prestige 660HW-T1.

If "Isolation Mode" aka "VLAN" isn't a feature too, then it's a real oversight.
It won't be under WiFi, look under "Firewall", "Advanced Security", or similar.

As always Chuck, you shine a light in a dark place! I have looked thru the
manual, there aren't any settings for VLAN or isolation that I can see, but
from what I have read on your page, this must be the problem. I will take
this up with Zyxel support and see if I can sort it out. The website has the
manual for the old firmware so it doesn't correspond to what I have. I was
going nuts as with computer problems you always have to figure out what it
isn't before you know what it is, and nothing made any sense! Thank you
again.
