I am teaching myseld how to work in Access and have run into a stumper. I am
trying to create a DB that will do the following:
There are 12 study groups. There are 85 students. Each student is assigned
to a specific study group. If the student is unable to attend the assingmed
group, another group must be attened that week. Students are welcome to
attend more than one group a week.
I have a table that lists each student and the group they are assined to. I
have a form that I can call up a group and check off which of those assingned
to that group attended and it has a box where I can check off which students
not assigned to that group attened. There is also a box where I enter the
date of the group.
How do I go from that point to being able to print out a report the tells me
who attened their primary group, where the student attended a make up group
if they missed their primary group and what other groups each student
attended that week?
REMEMBER: I don't really know anything about ACCESS so need your help
broken down into simple layman's terms. Thanks
