Stuck queue line Phaser 8400

There's a job that has been stuck on "Deleting.." in the queue line for
4 days now. Phaser 8400 Xerox printer on a network.

Everything has been rebooted, jobs have been deleted from
spool/Printers folder, spool has been stopped and started, printer has
been disconnected and reconnected...


I'm not the only one working on this, so more has probably been tried
that I'm not aware of. But any other suggestions would be hugely
appreciated.

Oh - I should mention - no one else can print to the printer as this
job is effectively blocking everything. Terribly inconvenient, really.

Did you use the CleanSpl utility?
