stuck page?

OK, go to www.xptuneup.com now go to www.updatexp.com does your IE change
pages from xptuneup's to updatexp's? MINE doesn't. I know I have arrived
because as you move the mouse around on the page the status bar reflects
target data appropriat to the new page.

I get two different pages.
Check for a file named HOSTS with no extension (not Hosts.sam). It may be a
hidden file. Open it with Notepad and remove any line referencing the site.
Or, rename HOSTS to OLDHOSTS
 
Yes My HOSTS file was kazza'd. After I cleaned it up all
was well. I then set the read only flag to make the boys
work harder.

To think I uninstalled/reinstalled/reset IE (dang hard to
do in XP)a few times. I was about to do an XP update
repair.
