Try booting from your install disk (system recover
console?). If that'll get you to windows, of some sort,
run MSCONFIG from a command prompt. Look under the
Startup tab. I'm not sure what it'll be called.
I don't know if the same, or similar program, will work
if you just use F8 during boot, and go to the command
prompt. But, since it's run from the command prompt
anyway, it probably would.

I have WinXP Pro SP1, 120gb NTFS. Where does Windows
store the command to start Scandisk or Disk Doctor on
restart? Mine is caught in a reboot loop. Won't start
in safe either. This started after I issued a Norton
Disk Doctor command. Can't find in Technet or Symantec
Knowledge Base.
