Stuck In 1999

Hello All
A friend was stuck in 1999.
I have no idea how this happened.
He has managed to reset the date and time, but the hands on the clock do not
move. He says they are 'greyed out'.
His O.S. is Win Me.
I know its not XP but I thought that........

Then anyone seeing you in your clothes will probably get a bigger laugh than
your humour :-)

And you have 'MVP' after yer name-if you don't know how to turn back the
clock, God help us all :-)
He needs to find the fountain of youth. The poor old bugger is over 80!!!
I will pass on your observations.
I'll tell him to turn the clock back - at least the hands on the clock will
move!
