Stuborn Mouse Snap To

I am having a anoying problem with my mouse and haven't
been able to solve, I unmark the box "Snap To" on the
pointer options of my mouse and no matter what I do, it
keeps on "snapping to", I have even deleted that value
from the registry, but it remains working just fine...
HELP!!!
