Stripping out embeded audio

Is there any way to strip an embedded narration track from PowerPoint?
I want to dump my PowerPoint to video by importing my slides to Vegas Video
4, (use the "save as/JPEG command") but I need the audio to go with it. Any
Ideas?

If you use File/Save as Webpage (or save as HTML), the sound files will
end up in that folder with all the other stuff from the presentation.
