Hello everyone,

I recently upgraded from Windows XP Media Center to Windows Vista Ultimate
-32bit with a clean install. I have three internal hard drives. One is for
the OS and software, the other two are Maxtor 500GB SATA drives in a RAID 0
(stripped) array. The two drives were working fine prior to the upgrade.
Post upgrade, however, Vista recognizes that the drives are there, but I
cannot access them. Every time I try to access them, I am asked if I want to
format the disk. I have tried reverting back to XP to no avail. I have
updated the BIOS and have installed all drivers. Any help with this issue
would be much appreciated!! I am desperate!!

Thanks!

I don't know if Vista has a generic SATA driver for your (or any) HDD.
Therefore get the SATA driver for your HDD controller card. However if the
HDD for the OS is SATA, then disregard what I have said.
