I have the following field that I would like to separate into two fields
"City" and "Zip" with an update query.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

StateZip
Texas 79605
Texas 76109
Texas 75218
Texas 76201
TX 75146
Texas 75232
Texas 77058
TX 79603
TX. 76302
TX. 76657
TX 75007
TX 76012-1760

Well, Tom, you've posted this same message 4 times now, and I still
don't see any "City" in your example. :-(

If you would like to parse the "State" and "Zip" portions then you
could use in your Update query:

State =Left([CombinedField],InStr([CombinedField]," ")-1)
Zip = Mid([CombinedField],InStr([CombinedField]," ")+1)

This will only work if there is one space between the State and Zip
part of the string.
