Is there a way to edit my Digital Camera Video Clips?
I would like to take a 3 second action shot and be able to
freeze and capture potions. I have a new Hewlett-Packard
Digital Camera.

IrfanView will extract all the frames and save
them in a folder as .bmp files.

(get the plug-ins too)

Just play the clip in IrfanView and go to...
Options / Extract all frames.

Choose a folder to save in and click start.


If you wish to edit the length of the clips, join
them or add transitions...try using Windows
MovieMaker.
