Streaming video won't play

Hi,
Their help page recommends that Windows Media Player be installed and be set
to play Windows Media files. Check that from (Media Player) Tools> Options>
Format.

Other possibilities:
1. Go to Internet Options> Security> Internet Zone, set it to Default.
2. Check any third-party security programs to see if one of them is blocking
scripts, scripting, active content. Norton Internet Security and a number of
other programs can be configured to block scripts.
3. Turn on the windows Firewall (Control Panel> Windows Firewall) and
disable (as a test) your third-party firewall (if you're running one.)
4. Try clearing the IE cache. IE> Tools> Internet Options> General> Delete
files (and delete offline content when that dialog pops up) It's often
recommended that the TIF folder be kept at about 50 MB (Settings.)

Hope this helps,
Don

We have a little problem. Whenever a site such as the one below is given to us,
the video will NOT play when we get there.

There is a 'click here if having a problem' but I can't find the answer. IE
works for all other usage.

Can anyone help?

FYI you have to have XP in order to install Media Player 10.

Yes, XP Professional is installed along with 10. We'll try ideas from the other
posting with regards to this. Thanks.

I tried removing media player 10 using the add/remove control panel option
(found the entry under microsoft updates). This resulted in xp rolling back
to media player 9 and the problem went away. Might want to give that a try.
