Greetings,
To be clear, what do you mean "through webcam" exactly? Do you mean the mic in the webcam or
the actual "start webcam"? If so, if you use the "Start Video Call" or "Start Call" (I'm
using the Windows Live Messenger naming, as you're probably aware it's different through the
various Messenger versions) and then setting your recording input in the recording mixer to
Master, Wave, What U Hear (or
similar input), should produce what you want. To do so, click Start, then click Run, type in
"sndvol32.exe" and click OK. Then in the Play Control, click the Options Menu, then click
Properties. Change the option button to 'Recording' and click the checkbox next to Wave,
Record Master, Mix, What U Hear (or similar).
You have to change the recording input after you've connected the call however.
Were you doing it a different way or is this no longer working for you?
