Streaming media causes system reboot

I have preformed all of the windows updates and upgraded
windows media player 9 - however i have recently noticed
a what i would consider a huge problem. Whenever i go to
a web site on a new dell pc (OS: Windows 2000) the
computer will reboot as soon as the file is dont loading.

Personally i could live without stream loads however i
work in the mis office for a corporation and this is
happening all over the building and people are looking to
me to fix it. Unfortunately I can not find any
documentation online about it.

Please help me
