Streaming from my home PC

I want to stream video from my home PC to some 1000 peoples across the
Internet. Is there some desktop application or web site or service that
offers that?

Actually WM encoder 9 series will do just that,"broadcast" media would be
one of the options,open help to set up if needed.The encoder is
