Streaky lines on Brother HL730 But ok on test page

I have a Brother HL 730 plus laser printer When I print any thing I get
white and Black streaky vertical lines each side of my print out.
But when I Print the Brother Test Page it prints okay. I went to the trouble
of Buying a New Toner Cost me $65 Kiwi cash thats over $100 US and its still
the same Ive cleaned the inside done all that But its still the same.
I'm running XP pro cant change the driver as its Built into the Printer so
Ive been told. Any Help appreciated

change the drum, but sit down first before asking the price!!!!
