We suspect a worm or virus might be out there that no
norton nor mcafee has posted or figured out. The symptoms
vary, but one of them in the past is that Microsoft Office
gets jiky and will grow wild hairs. There is a profile
folder that keeps poping up. We delete it,
then give it a day or two and it is back. Now the names of
the folder appears to be three squares and sometimes sl'
added to it. Has anyone else noticed this? If so what is
the resolution?

No I do not take drugs Dude. It is that the problems that
occur vary and no set standard. Basicly we have to
reinstall office several time before it will stop having
problems on what we believe to be infected computers.

Do you have SMS in your environment? There were some profile issues in
some of the previous SMS 2.0 service packs.

Earlier you said that the three squares user profile might
be SMS. But when we delete the profiles it makes it to
where we have to install Microsoft Office several times
before it actually works again. Are these two related in
the same issue? Also do you have an e-mail address I could
e-mail you at for further help on it?
