Strange scrolling problem after win2k updates.

Hello,


Seems like Ie and Oe are having some scrolling issues,
Other's employee's at my work location are seeing the same
thing. After I ran the newest win2k updates, I go to
scroll down in Ie or OE and it freezes then jumps back up
to the top. Its getting annoying, any ideas.

My scroll bar now jumps way past where it should stop.

I understand that a MS update makes it become jumpy,
jurky, junk.

Is there a patch or a way to delete the update that
screwed it all up?

Is there any way to get a responce from MS?
