Strange Problem with HP Deskjet 712C Printer

I started having a problem with my printer a few days ago and I have not been
able to get it printing since then. I have looked in my Event viewer and the
best indictation that I can get is an Event ID 6161.

The description for Event ID ( 6161 ) in Source ( Print ) cannot be found.
The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message
DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use
the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for
details. The following information is part of the event: Adobe Photoshop
Album Starter Edition 3.0, Owner, HP DeskJet 712C, NT EMF 1.008, 9457100,
9456976, 1, 1, \\CUSTOMER-K5I17O, 0 (0x0)

I have posted a copy of the message. Don't understand what the problem is
here but I really miss my printer. Thanks for any hlep in advance.
 
try printing direct to the device. There was a rendering error or a some
processing error and GDI returns success even though it did not succeed.

Printer Properties, Advanced, uncheck Enable Advanced Printing features.

Hello, I have encountered the similar problem. The difference is the type of printer. The one that I am using is a receipt printer (Epson TM-T88IV). In administrator account, it will only print once. When you try to test print the second time, it will do nothing but causes the CPU to run at 99% usage. The printer is not shared on the network and directly connected to the PC via parallel cable.

Things I have tried:
1) installing it with the latest driver, the one before and 2 versions ago.
2) removing the advanced printing option
3) print directly to the printer

Restarting spooler does allow me to print once. The error code is as below. Thanks in advance for your help.
