Strange problem when printing an Excel file with charts

We have a user with a strange problem. She has an Excel file with a few
charts in it. If she goes into the page setup through file..page setup, it
works fine. however, if she goes into the page setup from the print preview
window, Excel locks up. It never stops responding, it just freezes. I have
been unable to replicate the problem on several other systems as well as my
own. We have several other network printers and she does not have this
problem on any other printer. She is printing on 11x17 paper. Been hunting
on technet with no luck. Outside of uninstalling/reinstalling Excel, does
anyone have any suggestions? The printer is an HP5500DN, if that makes any
difference. Has anyone ever run into this?
 
I think your options include reinstalling the printer driver on the computer with
the problem, then reinstalling Office.
