Strange problem accessing PDF files

I can access PDF files via the company Intranet but normally it only works
for about 4-5 times, then an error message appears "the file is damaged &
cannot be repaired". Usually after I have deleted the temporary Internet
files, it works again for another 4-5 times. It is very annoying.

I've read a lot of solutions here but wonder which one will best fits for
me. Hope someone can help quickly.

HI Connie :-)

Your cache may be corrupted: See the information her to safely delete it and
let Windows creawte a new one.

The TIF size should be set to 50-60 MB. Larger caches tend to be more prone
to trouble.
See "Resizing your Cache"
